Qustream’s 3G routers

QuStream is showing its wide selection of router frames up to 1024×1024 in a single rack. In addition was the company’s addition of 3Gb/s processing to the entire Cheetah range of routers which enables broadcasters to handle 1080p signals.

Qustream’s 3G routersQuStream’s Cheetah new V5 DVI-I link enables long distance delivery of DVI-I video or VGA component video and stereo audio via a single optical fiber or coax cable. It also allows DVI video to be routed via a conventional routing switcher technology over secure optical fiber.

QuStream’s MUX643 router processes and reclocks video from at rates 270MHz to 3Gb/s inputs. The router also can embed four AES/Dolby E inputs for each input. The MUX683 version provides the same features and can embed/process eight AES/Dolby E inputs.

The company’s DMX HD/SD de-embedder processes and reclocks 270MHz to 3Gb/s inputs, extracting and processing four AES/Dolby E channels (DMX614) or eight AES/Dolby E channels (DMX618).

Qustream is located in stand 2.B51.
