Erlanger, KY, July 10, 2008 – TV One has announced the release of three new audio products in the A2-7000 Series consisting of the A2-7302, A2-7312 and the A2-7342. They are primarily designed to provide maximum format flexibility for the C2-7310 HD Audio/Video Processor’s audio inputs and outputs. The C2-7310 provides AES3-id audio I/O via two HD-44 Connectors. Additionally, the A2-7300 units may be used in conjunction with one another, without the C2-7310, to provide bi-directional analog/digital or AES3/AES3-id conversion.
The A2-7302 provides an HD-44 interface to 16 AES (8-in/8-out) on XLR connectors and a DARS reference input on a BNC connector. This unit contains eight balanced AES to AES3-id converters, plus eight AES3-id to balanced AES converters to provide AES I/O. more

ERLANGER, KY, July 2, 2008— TVOne-task’s newest pair of professional format converters, the 1T-FC-524 and 1T-FC-425, tackles format conversion when dealing with analog to digital and digital to analog conversion. The 1T-FC-524 converts analog RGBHV or Component YPbPr inputs to DVI signals, enabling their display on DVI or HDTV monitors or other devices. The 1T-FC-425 converts DVI to RGBHV or Component YPbPr, enabling viewing on analog displays or other devices. Both units are now shipping.
These units are Format Converters only and no video scaling takes place. The 1T-FC-524 will convert to several other formats if DVI is not available. An analog YPbPr input can be converted to either digital YPbPr or RGBHV. An analog RGBHV input can be converted to digital RGBHV. more

ERLANGER, KY, June 23, 2008—TV One introduced four Universal Input/Output Seamless Switcher/Scalers in their booth at InfoComm. The new C2-3000 Series offers eight Universal Video inputs on HD15 connectors that can accommodate Composite Video, YC (S-Video), YUV/YPbPr Component, RGBHV, RGBS or RGsB formats. Two Universal Program outputs provide one Universal Analog via an HD15 that can be set to any analog format and resolution and the second is provided as DVI-D. The Preview output is an analog RGBHV signal that shows the selected input as a full screen image preview; CV and YC inputs are up-converted to RGBHV for viewing. The seamless switchers will start shipping in June. The basic model, the C2-3300, will have a suggested retail price of $3500. more
