Leading Indian newspaper publisher moves into broadcasting with Quantel


The leading Telugu language Indian newspaper publisher, Andhra Jyothy, has today launched a brand new 24 hour television news channel powered by Quantel’s Enterprise sQ server-based production technology. The new station, ABN Andhra Jyothy, serves the large Telugu speaking region of the sub-continent, centred on Hyderabad and stretching east to the Bay of Bengal and south to Tamil Nadu.
