The HLI20 is an HD/SD logo inserter, with a preset based logo recall function through a flexible
user interface and a local storage. Multiple logos including animated ones can be selected through the Synapse menu, a dedicated Ethernet port or by GPI.
Used as bug inserter there is the option to alter the main channel bug on the fly, preset based and simultaneously add a “theme bug” that is triggered as on shot with predefined fade in and fade out times. It features 2 individual logo inserters. Inserter 1 has 16 presets for full screen 1920×1080 logos or 384×216 400 frames of animation (16 seconds). Inserter 2 has 32 presets for 384×216 400 frames of animation (larger logos can use 2 preset storage places).
As with all Synapse modules it has full control and status monitoring through the front panel of the Synapse frames and the Ethernet port (ACP). HILLSIDE, NJ, AUGUST 14, 2007 — Wireworks, the leading innovator of audio/video cabling systems, was recently commissioned by the NJ Nets to create custom breakout boxes that would provide power, video feed and statistics to three separate courtside suites located at the Continental Airlines Arena.
The box assemblies were created to provide an easy set-up assembly, as the system is disconnected after each game and put aside, making durability a major factor. These sets provide power and two separate video feeds to the 16 televisions set up on three corners of the court at each game. The boxes needed special video splitting systems for each feed and breakout boxes along the length of the assembly to play video and provide in-game statistics. This feature gives courtside recipients an enhanced game experience, by being able to watch the television for instant replays and statistics throughout the game.
