Quantel confirms attendance at IBC 2009

New developments in post production, broadcast and Stereo3D on show

Quantel announced today that it will be exhibiting at IBC 2009. The stand will highlight the latest developments across Quantel’s range of post production, broadcast and Stereo3D systems.

“We’re all very much looking forward to many positive meetings with our customers and prospects at the show,” said Steve Owen, Quantel Director of Marketing. “In coming to our decision to participate at IBC, we took account of our customers’ wishes, who’ve all expressed a desire to meet with Quantel at the show. We will be showing and discussing some important new developments that are just now finding their way out of our R&D lab.

“What is also clear from talking with many of our customers and prospects is their very real concern about the environmental impact of these large events and how to minimise this,” Owen continued. We’ll be addressing these issues at IBC in terms of how we build, staff, transport and re-use our stand, thereby ushering in a more sustainable approach to exhibiting.”

Further details of the Quantel products and new developments on show will be released over the coming weeks.
